Beautiful studio spaces available to rent for Lash Artists and Technicians to run their own business! If you are currently working for an establishment who is taking the larger percentage of your lash extension services, please consider this business proposition. We have two studios that are completely renovated with all the lavish amenities needed to conduct your business. A large studio is set up with four electric lash beds, all evenly spaced out and Covid-19 compliant.  Lockers provided for your personal belongings, Lash light, Lash fan, non-contact temperaturegage and work tray for all of your equipment.  The second studio is set up exactly the same way, but with only one bed.  The purpose behind creating this working environment is to provide women with a space to earn 100% of their services and be an entrepreneur.  How this works.  I offer 3, 4, and 5 day rental contracts, starting at a very reasonable weekly rate.  There is a 6 month trial period.  If both parties are happy and satisfied with how the arrangement is working out, I require and provide 1 year contracts, with options for longer term if requested.
